Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions explain how AuthorityPrompt may be used, what account owners are responsible for, and how our AI visibility and canonical profile services operate.
They apply to public website use, paid subscriptions, AI visibility reports, profile publishing, dashboard access, and related AuthorityPrompt services.
Service scope
- AuthorityPrompt helps teams monitor how AI systems describe a company, identify inconsistent or outdated facts, and publish structured canonical information for human reviewers and machine readers.
- The service may include AI visibility checks, LLM output analysis, verified claims, canonical company profiles, public AI-readable artifacts, dashboards, exports, and integrations.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, workspace, authentication methods, and any users invited under your organization.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep contact details current, and notify AuthorityPrompt if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- You may not use AuthorityPrompt to publish deceptive, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or intentionally misleading claims about a company, product, person, or third party.
- You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, probe private systems, scrape restricted areas, disrupt the service, or use the service to generate spam or malicious automation.
AI visibility reports and canonical data
- AI visibility results are diagnostic outputs based on available model responses, crawler signals, published sources, and configured tests. They are not guarantees of search ranking, model behavior, or future AI-generated answers.
- Canonical profiles and verified claims should be based on accurate, source-backed information. Account owners are responsible for reviewing the factual accuracy of information they submit or approve for publication.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout or in the account dashboard. Fees may vary by plan, usage limits, workspace size, and selected features.
- Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable for periods already started, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.
Availability and changes
- AuthorityPrompt may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability, security, compliance, product quality, or operational performance.
- We aim to keep public canonical pages and machine-readable artifacts stable, but integrations, third-party APIs, model providers, and external crawlers may change independently.
Contact
- Questions about these Terms and Conditions can be sent to [email protected].
- If you represent a company profile published on AuthorityPrompt and want to claim, correct, or verify public facts, contact us with the relevant domain and supporting evidence.
